>> Association
The following were created with the intent
to provide for the preservation and enhancement
of the property values and quality of life within
the Arbor Greens community.
The Arbor Greens community will have a not
for profit neighborhood association, including
a board of directors who will determine what
is best regarding the community. Becoming a
proud owner of a house in Arbor Greens also
means that you are willing to adhere to several
community rules and regulations which are defined
in a Master Declaration you will receive upon
ownership.
There will be a required association membership
fee to cover the expenses involved to maintain
and improve community properties and facilities.
This membership also entitles you to access
to the community clubhouse, pool and other communal
facilities.
Each owner is expected to keep and maintain
improvements and landscaping in good and presentable
condition, so that it is not distracting from
the overall appearance of the surrounding properties.
An Architectural Review Board (the "ARB")
will be set up with the intention of upholding
the community's general development plan. The
ARB's purpose will be to regulate improvements,
changes or alterations to the outside of houses.
Without consent of the ARB no sitework may be
conducted. Examples of such changes include:
- Landscaping
- Paving
- Parking areas
- Fences or walls
|
- Re-painting
- Re-roofing
- Re-landscaping
- Any other physical or structural improvement
|

the Arbor Greens community. These restrictions
apply to the following:
