The following were created with the intent to provide for the preservation and enhancement of the property values and quality of life within the Arbor Greens community.

The Arbor Greens community has a not for profit neighborhood association, including a board of directors who determines what is best regarding the community. Becoming a proud owner of a home in Arbor Greens also means that you are willing to adhere to several community rules and regulations which are defined in a Master Declaration you will receive upon ownership.

There is a required association membership fee to cover the expenses involved to maintain and improve community properties and facilities. This membership also entitles you to access to the community clubhouse, pool and other communal facilities.

Each owner is expected to keep and maintain improvements and landscaping in good and presentable condition, so that it is not distracting from the overall appearance of the surrounding properties.

An Architectural Review Board (the "ARB") is set up with the intention of upholding the community's general development plan. The ARB's purpose is to regulate improvements, changes or alterations to the outside of houses. Without consent of the ARB no exterior changes or additions may be conducted.
